By accessing and using LoveMyJobs.com you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms please do not use our platform.

#2. Description of Service

LoveMyJobs is an online job portal that connects job seekers (candidates) with employers (companies) across India. We provide job listing, application management, interview scheduling and career development services.

#3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our terms

#4. Candidate Terms

• Candidates must pay yearly subscription fee of ₹599 to apply for jobs
• Subscription is non-refundable once activated
• Candidates must provide accurate profile information
• LinkedIn verification is required for profile authenticity
• Candidates must not apply for jobs they are not qualified for

#5. Company/Employer Terms

• Companies must pay yearly subscription fee of ₹2999 to access dashboard
• Companies must pay ₹499 per job posting
• Companies must provide accurate business information
• All job postings are subject to admin approval
• Companies must not post fake or misleading job listings
• Companies must respond to candidate applications within reasonable time

#6. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed through Razorpay payment gateway
• Payments are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Subscriptions auto-remind before expiry
• No refunds on subscription fees
• Failed payments will result in loss of access

#7. Prohibited Activities

• Creating fake profiles or job listings
• Spamming other users
• Sharing false information
• Attempting to hack or damage the platform
• Using platform for illegal activities
• Scraping or copying platform data

#8. Intellectual Property

• All content on LoveMyJobs is owned by LoveMyJobs
• Users retain ownership of their uploaded content
• Users grant LoveMyJobs license to display their content

#9. Limitation of Liability

• LoveMyJobs is not responsible for hiring decisions
• We do not guarantee job placement
• We are not liable for disputes between candidates and companies

#10. Changes to Terms

• We may update these terms at any time
• Users will be notified of significant changes
• Continued use means acceptance of new terms
