#4. How We Share Your Information

We share Candidate profile information, including resumes and application details, with the specific Companies to which a Candidate chooses to apply, for the sole purpose of facilitating that application and the recruitment process. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Where such cross-border transfers occur, we take reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data continues to receive a standard of protection consistent with the DPDP Act, including through contractual safeguards with our service providers, and in accordance with any country-specific restrictions that may be notified by the Central Government under the DPDP Act from time to time.

#6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to authenticate Users, remember preferences, analyse Platform traffic, and deliver personalised job alerts and content. Essential cookies, which are strictly necessary for core functions such as account login and secure Razorpay checkout, are always active and cannot be disabled without affecting the usability of the Platform; when you select "Reject All" on our cookie banner, this rejects non-essential analytics, functional, and marketing cookies only, while essential cookies remain active to keep the Platform functioning. While we take reasonable and appropriate measures to safeguard your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

#8. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active and as necessary to provide you with the Platform's services. Where you request deletion of your account, your personal data will be permanently erased from our active systems within thirty (30) days of such request, except where we are required to retain certain records for longer periods to comply with applicable legal, tax, or regulatory obligations, such as payment and transaction records, which are retained for seven (7) years in accordance with applicable Indian financial recordkeeping requirements.
